Solano Senior Vista Apartments is a great place to live for seniors. The place is maintained and every problem is addressed the soonest and best they can. Between Miles and Veronica they keep the place running very well.

We did not have hot water so we called maintenance. They sent two men. who knocked on our door, one of them mumbled something to the other. then they just walked away. It took 2 days for us to get hot water, which only lasted a few days. We had to call maintenance again for the same issue. This time it got taken care of a bit quicker. We need someone to sweep the cement outer hallways on all floors cause they are disgusting and dirty and also someone to vacuum the hall carpets too.

The maintenance team of two came into my unit completing a work order has requested. They did a wonderful job with no hesitation, keep up the excellent work. Miles is an exceptionally hard-worker and takes his work seriously. He also assist with the seniors throughout the property but doesn't neglect his job. If He noticed you in need of help, he will assist you. I can just speak for myself and hopefully others , we love you here Miles. Keep up the excellent work ðð¾
