Took 3 days to fix. This is the 2nd tine in a month no hot water

We did not have hot water so we called maintenance. They sent two men. who knocked on our door, one of them mumbled something to the other. then they just walked away. It took 2 days for us to get hot water, which only lasted a few days. We had to call maintenance again for the same issue. This time it got taken care of a bit quicker. We need someone to sweep the cement outer hallways on all floors cause they are disgusting and dirty and also someone to vacuum the hall carpets too.

The maintenance team of two came into my unit completing a work order has requested. They did a wonderful job with no hesitation, keep up the excellent work. All issues hasn't been completed as of yet.

I know we have a long way to go in bringing the property up to standards and sanitation. Please don't forget us over here when up gradeing the property.(hall floors,elevators remobled,doors/entry way doors to elevators replaced and with locks,floors and building washed down,parking lot redone with updated markings etc). I know you are aware of this but can we at least so some work being started in these areas. I've been here going on 16 years with hardly no change. HELP!!
